My laptop automatically shuts down

Hello,
sir my laptop automatically shuts down i thought i has virus so i formatted it and again install windows but no change ocurrs it is same it now stops automaticaaly n shut downs

hi there,

your laptop temperature is high and is getting hotter

i will advise you to use a cooler pad for laptop

and clean the fan filter and remove all the dust

i have the same problem, i even reformat my laptopbut still shutdown automatically.. please help

hi i would advise you to verify the battery cause i think the problem comes from the battery.. I had the same problem and had to change the battery.. N nows its perfect..:)
