Back up discs and infected computer

Hello,
my computer is infected and i dont have the back up the discs , can i buy the back up discs and if so am i able to burn them even though it is infected

The main idm executive file is damaged it's possible that it was infected with a virus
Windows 10 iso file download 64-bit - Download - Windows
Goose virus - Download - Other
Idm language change - Guide
Safari cannot open the page because it is a local file - Guide
Kmspico zip file download - Download - Other

till computer is infected can understand

concerning backup is not clear
