Hello,
I receive an order report (spreadsheet) from my customer that only has their part numbers & on a separate spreadsheet I have a cross reference list (their part # to my part #.

How can I use VLOOKUP to add my part # to their order report?

Hi Cando,

Have you checked the help function or even looked at the syntaxis?

Vlookup: The value you are looking for, The matrix you want to look in, The column of the matrix containing the desired result.

If you are still having trouble, tell me how your sheet is build up, so I can give you a specific formula.
