Facebook is silly !

Hello,
I Forgot my facebook password and i clicked "forget your password "
Then I realized the e-mail that is connected to my facebook is very old & has not been accessed for many years , therefore i forfgot that password too
I need to hack my own facebook !!!!
I have contacted Facebook and they are NO help at all
How do i do this ?

Have you tried accessing to your account by the facebook mails ion your inbox?
