Sound device sound

Hello,
when i play song or anything, my sound device play that song but also sound "SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS" so loudly. i hear the sound but that ssssssssssssss sound are not remove. pl. solved that problem.

hi, I have a problem with my HCL Computer (HCM580M),

I have Windows XP (Service Pack 2) and intel Audio studio 2.0 software & sound audio device properties > audio > sigma Tel audio (I don't know if this is a driver)

these are the problems I have:

1.- when I connect speakers or headphones, sound device play that track but I hear the typical noise of connected. the sound is so loudly "ssssssssssssssssssssssssss".

please help me
