Hello,
how do i find the repair your computer thing cause ive tried everything you guys said i should but cant find the solution.and i am trying to restore my toshiba tecra laptop to its factory settings

hi there,

if you have a recovery partition on your machine'

go to programs>

and search for recovery manager

or use your recovery cd /dvd and boot from it and follow instructions

that will be displayed during the process
