I believe that you should send it for repair to the manufacturer.
If ever you have recently purchased it, you can get back to the
store to have the problem fixed.

So I have an Impression and the screen wasn't working at all and I was really frusterated. Turns out the answer is to turn it off for 2 minutes, take the battery out for abou 3 minutes, put it back in, and it should be fine. Mine is starting to act up again though, so if you get to annoyed with taking the battery in and out all the time, make up a lie and take it in and get a new one. For better results, leave the battery out longer.
