Formatting problem

Good day everyone, i had a little problem with my pc...iam formatting my pc but unfortunately it doesn't work. after i press the power button then i start pressing the enter key says "press any key to boot from cd", then followed by "setup is inspecting your hardware's configuration"...then nothing follows but black screen..........could you please help me with this problem?!thanks in advance

hi there,

does the cd have scratches or its clean?

if so then use tips on link below or use another cd:

https://ccm.net/faq/327-how-to-repair-a-scratch-cd

remove your memory stick and clean
