Samsung SGH X-700 software problem

Hello,
I have Samsung SGH X-700 mobile. The problem which i am facing is that mobile software corrupts yesterday. Today i take mobile to the nearest mobile shop for software installation but the shopkeeper says that previous corrupt software is erased but new software files are not installing. No i want to know the solution of this problem. How can i fix this?

Please help me to find appropriate software and tools for my Samsung SGH X-700. How can i install the software?

its only a technician who can help you

as there is special kit to do that process

request him to flash it then reinstall the os

or take it to another technician who is enough qualified
