Toshiba external 500gb

Hello,
I,ve got this Tosh 500gb external hard drive , got loads of data on it. but cant now access it, unit switches on but disc doesnt run , tried unplugging it but PC doesnt find it.....HELP...

hi there,

first test it on other pc

if same issue then change the usb data cable

this must fix this detection issue
