Facebook video problem

Hello,
My facebook videos doesn't play at all. Every time i click to play any videos, it says latest version of required and after installing the latest version of flash player also, it says the same thing again. How do i fix this problem?

Dear Dhiraj,

Please download the latest version at the link proposed by Facebook itself.

It will be directly installed and hence the matter will be fixed.

Lol...didnt he just said he installed the latest version? Having the same problem here too..
