NEED a Moderate or Strict NAT Closed

Question

Hello,
I have a friend on XBOX Live who gets host a lot.  Unfortunately, several friends of our are incompatible with his host, especially when everyone is together.
So, my question is how do we set his NAT to moderate or strict?  I see a lot of answers about how to set it to open, but none that might stop him from getting host.
