Dear
first uninstall the sound drivers then
please delete the sound file from system root - system32 - deivers. restart
then go to Device manager if u see yellow mark then RC and click update driver - yes this time - select from the list - don't search - have disk - and give the path of sound driver.
Note if you see any warning then its driver not work.
