Hello,
My computer has one user and no password. It now does not show the user name icon at the logon screen. It says "To begin, click your user name." But the icon is not there. If I push Ctrl-Alt-Del, it shows Owner for the user name, but won't accept the password field being left blank. I have not done any upgrades or changes.

Dear Sir,

Could you please give more details about the task that you want to perform

in ccording to the post. This will be helpful for understanding what you want

to do about the matter.

Thanks.

I cannot access the desktop because the user name icon does not appear for me to click on when starting/restarting the computer. When I press Ctrl-Alt-Del, it wants a password for Owner, however, there is no password. It will not allow me to leave it blank.

Dear Sir,

This should actually be the administrator's password. Please have the

administrator's password from the previous owner or from the store

that you purchased it. This will hence solve the matter.

Thanks.

There wasn't a password. Is there a generic default password?
