All programs are in icons in toolbar

Hello,
I have Vista .The majority of my programs are on the bottom toolbar, not in the program file. I try to drag them into it, and it doesn't work. I am new to Vista, and don't find the "help" menu very helpful.
Can anyone tell me how to get them into the file instead of the bottom toolbar? Thanks.

Dear Sir,

Please get through the below path:

Start> Search> type msconfig and press enter.

Proceed through the instructions and get to start up tab in system configuration.

Hence undertake the changes that you want to make and hence have the matter

fixed.
