No power on the ps3

Hello,
I have sent my PS3 back to sony 2 times now. The frist time i sent to them my ps3 fried my tv then it self mealted the wires clean apart. they said that they didnt see a problem with it. so i pluged it in and did the samething and they said the same thing so i have no clue is there a reset , fuse or anything o ya a get shoked from the charge for the contraler

Go and tell them to change it as you paid for a PS3 not for a bomb that mess up all your tv. You have the right to request another one.
