There is actually no feature allowing its users to put a wallpaper on its 

background. It is different from the other social networks where you 

might have had the possibilty of loading a wallpaper on your profile.

Actually, you won't have to join any club to have wallpapers, you can 

easily obtain millions of wallpapers online.

I would recommend using Pagerage as well just as Jewell recommended.  The download was very user friendly and they have so many layouts to choose from.  The app does not give you a virus, some may claim it does, just make sure you frequently run to scan for viruses to make sure every thing runs smoothly.  And if you do run into issues just simple contact the Pagerage team and they are very helpful!

Forget Facebook, have a look at Gazoomy (http://www.gazoomy.com) which is background wallpapers on Google.
