Hello,
i had trojan virus on my xp dell-xps which was so bad i had to use windows repair installation. The problem is that with 34 minutes to go, it stopped and asked for a 'Creative" file. It seems the keyboard and mouse stop working just before the window popped up so i'm unable to change the file path. i've tried changing the keyboard and mouse but i think its the usb outputs that have turned off. the only way to get off the screen is to power down but when i power up, it tries to start the repair installation from where it finished so i get the same problem over and over. please help!
