i have a hp pavilion a611on i cant get it to restore or the pc tools dont work and when i try to do something it acts like its going to work but then nothing happens it just sits there it seems like nothing is working the repair computer came up when i press f8 bbut whn i hit it it starts to work but then nothing what do i do i need help with it
