Hello,
i have a samsung F480 and i cant get my internet working on my phone, everytime i try to get into the internet it says connecting failed. please help asap!!!

Dear Rachelle,

You will have to activate the GPRS settings on your phone and hence have it according

to your phone model. They will also help you in the activation if you see that you are

having difficulties with it.
