cd is not auto detected Closed

Hello,
i am unable to format my pc, because botable cd is not auto detected
and my bios setting is also correct as per format needs....
"Press any key to boot from cd........"
above statement is not coming.......
What can i have to do to fix the problem..????? please rply ..........
