Hello,
       sir . i am using windows xp. until yesturday  my desktop icons are not getting displayed. now i can only see a blank white screen..whjat might be the problem!!!. please  help me with the solution.. i cannot formatt my p.c. because i have very important documents in c drive!!!

Dear Mac, 

This problem is more complicated than you might believe. Please consider opening 

the CPU and removing all the dust and checking if the fan is working properly. It 

might be that this trouble is coming from over heating of the hardware components. 

Then  check your graphic card and motherboard for confirming that they are not 

faulty. Get to the 15 pin monitor cable to see whether it is not damaged then. 

Please have the above confirmations first for us to bring you further help.
