Hello,

I wonder if anyone can help. I turned the laptop on the other day and it start to run the factory restore which said it could take an hour, I run this for about 3 hours and then tried the system repair for about the same amount of hours and nothing happened. If there anything I can do to get passed this, would anyone know what the problem is? Thank you.

hi there,

remove battery and press power button to drain the current

then remove memory stick and clean

then resit back and launch restore process

You can try to repair the windows using your windows disc provided when you bought the laptop...
