Hello,
How are you?
I forgot my administrator password. so i did what you said in one of the answer so i took the battery out from the motherboard waited 5 secs and then put it back, it turns on perfectly but the screen won't come up is black.. what should i do? help!!:( thank you so much for your help.

That fix was only good for the BIOS password not Windows Administrator password. You may have shorted out the motherboard when you removed the battery. (was the PC still pluged into the wall outlet?)

Most likely a professional repair shop will need to diagnose and fix your PC.

oh ok.. it wasn't , it was completly off
