I don't think that computer comes with a Floppy drive. The BIOS thinks it need to find a floppy and it's a BIOS message that you see. F1 (continue) is a temporary fix - since the problem will return the next time you start the computer. F2 takes you to the BIOS set up - You need to find an option about "floppy drive seek" and turn it off. You then need to press F10 to save the changes and then exit the BIOS. Be vary careful what you change in the BIOS screens.
If the Dell is still under warranty I would call the Dell service phone number and get them to walk you through the exact steps.
