USB device not being recognised

Hello Sir,
this is venu, recently i have a problem with my USB device (pen drive). As i plug it in the USB port, the driver is being recognised in MY COMPUTER but as i click on it to open it says "Please insert a disk into the Removable Disk". Can u please help me out with this problem.

Dear Venu,

This could actually be a problem with your USB port. Please consider trying

to access to it on another PC to confirm the problem. If it doesn't work on

another PC, it will imply that the pen is damaged or contains corrupted files.

Please confirm matter so that we can bring you further help.
