Hi Kalyan,
Please open Disk Management and tell me if the drive appears there and if it has a proper file format and a drive letter. Test the device on another PC. If the problem persists, open Command Prompt and type the following command:
Chkdsk D: /r
Replace D with the drive’s letter. If there is no change, download some data recovery software and try to save your data. I leave you some suggestions:

I strongly recommend you to update your anti virus and do a complete system scan.
