Firstly try exploring the pen to see whether you have access to it.
If you do have access to it, please find and delete any corrupted
file that has been saved on it.

hi Abhi,
you can format the driver after having assigned another letter to the disk
it done like this:
right click on my computer>
manage>
disk management>
then in disk management right click on the device and chnge the drive letter
note : you must use a letter not yet used by windows
