Lost flash drive....is file on my computer?

Hello,
I lost my flash drive that had an important file on it. Is there any way there is a copy of that file on the computer I was last working on? And if so, how would I be able to locate it?

Dear Sir,

If you had saved it on your PC before saving it on your

pendrive, it might still be on your computer if no one has

deleted it.
