File manger is missing Closed

Question

Hello,
i accidentally format the drive c of my laptop and when i restart my lap top their is a message come up "BOOT MNGER is missing"...
is their any option except using external dvd drive
what should i do??? pls help me.... 
my O.S is VISTA
