Boot laptop

Hello,

Toshiba Satellite P20.

I went into BIOS and changed the boot order from HDD to CD/DVD drive.

The computer starts but does not boot up at all.

I can hear the fans running and the CD/DVD drive spinning but nothing on screen.

I have tried the F2 key but can't get back into the Bios to change it back.

Any suggestions would truly be appreciated.
