Laptop Fail to load operating sysytem

Hello,
Ineed your help please! my accer laptop fail to load operating system even if itried to boot using os cd it boot well but when it comes in a stage of loading operating system fail wihout showing any response and the screen become purpel coulor with no any icon. what can i do ineed to format it or repair window but it can not load set up. please help.

THE ISSUE IS THAt does not show any thing when booting AT THE BEGINING SHOW BOOT OPTIONS WHEN I COMAND TO BOOT FROM CD THEN PRESS ANY KEY DO NOT BOOT AND THE SCREEN BECOME BLANK WITHOUT ANY THING . thus why am asking help what can i do so that it can boot from cd rom and show icon which will give me prompt what to do.
