Please Help!! Restoring Factory Settings

Hello,
If I restore the factory settings on my computer will it bring explorer.exe back? Ive tried absolutly everything else and nothings worked. I know I'll have to reinstall all my software n that but will my computer operate normally?

Dear Sir,

It will return the system to its original state and indeed get

back the explorer but make sure to have all your database

backed up before.
