Forgot my password

Hello,
i am Mr.Manoj Dey from guwahati, asam. i use the Gmail account for my mails. a couple of days before i changed my password for my account. but after that i don't know how it was changed it. but then i can't open my mail. my last password was guwahati. after this i don't remember anymore my New PASSWORD. kindly help me. i forgot all the details which i gave in my SIGNUP time.
Bcz this account i have used for my official purpose Plz help me other wise i have facing big problem

solution to the difficulty that you are experiencing.
