Wireless Network Adapter

Hello,

Suddenly this evening, my laptop has refused to connect to the internet. I use Windows 10S.
When I go to Network and Internet, it shows under Status: Not connected. I troubleshoot and I'm asked to use an Ethernet cable which i do but to no avail.

I checked if issue is fixed and get message: The Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 wireless network adaptor is experiencing driver- or harfware related problems - How did that happen and how can it be fixed? This laptop is less than 6months old, how can this be happening?

Can anyone advise on this please? Its really frustrating as I really need this for my studies..

I have the download, however there are only six files in it, three for 32bit and three others for 64bit:
security catalog, System file, and setup information

So, once again the question was: "How To Reinstall "

Each time I want to log onto the internet with IE, it say no connect. Then I have to rest my network adapter and corrects the problem. What do I have to do permantly correct the problem????............Thanks.......BrentSystem Configuration: Windows Vista

I'm new so take it easy.

Here's the problem. I have two laptops, both Dell Latitude's, running Windows XP SP2 and SP3 respectfully. The laptops are having problems with browsing on a wireless network. They both connect to the network just fine and show the connection as "excellent" with maximum speed displayed, but when I try to browse, it's a no go. If I double click on the wireless connection icon to open the properties window, I see that packets are being send but 0 are being received.

When I do a IP Config the information that comes back shows that the DHCP addresses are correct along with the DNS addresses.

I have been having problems recently with my Acer Aspire E 15. Since my sister brought my laptop to a friend's house, my laptop won't connect to our home wifi. I have tried a lot from resetting the router to resetting the wireless adapter and basically all that I can see on google. Whenever I try to connect to our home wifi, it always says "Unidentified Network. No internet access" even though the wifi symbol has excellent signal connection. I am contemplating on bringing my laptop to the store since it is still under warranty but I can't because I need my laptop for school.
