lost admin password Closed

Question

Hello,
my son was given a dell computer and the owner does not remember the administrator password.  i am unable to get to a command prompt because it requires admin password.  i have also tried to use password recovery program however when i try to run the program it says i do not have permission and says to login as the admin.  any suggestions?
