Monitor wont turn on Closed

Hello,

com was showing low memory. so i took out the to sticks of ram and then replaced it with a single. after blowing out the comp of dust. i pluged everything back in. i started up but no monitor.

any thoughts thanks

Dear Sir,

Please consider adding more RAM memory sticks for 

having the computer to perform properly. Also consider 

checking your motherboard.
