Asking me to choose os

Hello,

whenever i will try to start my pc it will ask me to choose one of the os it found but the fact is that i dont have two i have only one and it asks me to choose of the two.

how can i delete the one i dont have?

right click on my computer > properties > in the advances tab > startup and recovery > and edit the notepad and finally delete the line with the other os

there is also another way through control panel -system-start recovery. Can you explain that way for me
