Cannot follow links

Hello,
When I am in a email or just browsing the web, I cannot follow the links to other sites. I have to copy and paste the address. Any ideas? Thanks

Dear Susie,

There is a feature at the top of the email when you open it that

enables the links or blocks the links and pictures in the email that

you received. Please enable them manually in order to be able to

get to the link without having to copy them to your browser.
