Double typing

Hello,
I pressed the shift button 5 times and something showed up, and I pressed something, and now i can't type two letter or buttons without having to click on the spot and trying it again

Dear Sir,

You have actually activated the sticky keys. Please press

shift 5 times and and get to settings to get the problem

fixed.
