Avg paid for

Hello,
I have been on the phone the last 2 hrs trying to finds out why AVG that was paid for on 12/3 via amex has not been activated. I have never dealt with that is so ignorant at solving a simple problem AFTER you call back and give them the information they requested. My third phone call I was able to give them the ORDER# 25-80488 the date of purchase the exact amount of purchase e mail address and the license# 9A-NPMWD-PXRCR-JDU7J-H8ZUV-T3FX. This intelligent person told me that my order# should end RR and my order# was no good. Also she told me that she had no way of looking up the license #. Your e-mail to me tells me the lic # is important. I have paid for protection; where is it???? I am currently unprotected; WHY????????????? Activate me ASAP; need for business.
