Hello,
I have a Dell Inspiron 1525. The battery no longer holds a charge so it stays plugged in. It was working fine and the screen blacked out. When you power it up, the power light stays on, the hard drive light blinks and the battery light blinks. The fan is running and the green light on the cd drive is blinking and sounds like it is trying to read a disc but there is no disc in the drive. The screen is completely black. It does not work on an external monitor. Any ideas?

Dear Sir,

The problem may be coming from the graphic card or the

motherboard. Please confirm the matter. Try the below

task to confirm the matter or simply try using the card and

motherboard on another PC.
