Hello,
my laptop will not turn on if it is dissconected from the mains power supply.
the battery is showing 98% fully charged . can anyone help

Dear Sir,

The problem might be coming from the battery being

faulty. Please replace it and see whether the problem

gets fixed. Still you can try the faulty battery on another

laptop before purchasing another one. Please confirm the

matter for further help.
