Worm or Virus

Hello,

I have a computer and I suspected it has a virus or worm, when I access to CMD (Command Prompt), it automatically shutdown. Also, ive noticed that when I open the CMD, a "PC OFF.BAT" is opening. Is that a virus or worm? and how can I remove it or put it back to normal

By using a good spyware remover and a registry tools fix to fix the problem, try spyware doctor.
