Connect printer to laptop

Hello,
I have a desktop with a C5580 All-in-One Printer connected and I have a laptop that I would like to set up to print to the same printer. How do this or can I do this? Doris Foster

hi there,

install the driver on your laptop and connect via usb cable when needed

or connect it via a print server a small device that you will have to configure on the network

with an ip address,then all users connected to this network will be able to use the prnter
