How to solve this problem while connecting

Hello,
while connecting to net using pc suit , 1 error message is comming "OS error message :the ppp link control protocol was terminated " how to solve this

Dear Sir,

It should be a problem with the settings. Contact your network

provider to obtain the right settings. Also check the compatibility

of the PC Suite to your Operating System.
