UNABLE TO ACCESS SOME DRIVES THROUGH MSWORD

Hello,

I have the following drives in my computer : c;d;e;f;g;h

All these drives are fully accessible and work when clicked through explorer. However, when i use microsoft windows /excel / access / power point and ask for opening a file or saving a file, only drive e and f are displayed. Why this error and what is the remedy? Thanks in advance

there must be something wrong with your microsoft office and try to uninstall and then reinstall the software again
