Documents and Settings won't share in Vista

Hello,

I can't get into my documents and settings in Vista Ultimate. I did something with networking and sharing and now it won't work. I've tried to undo everything I could think of. It keeps telling me "not shared" and I'm frustrated. Can anyone help?
