Cannot connect to the internet

 Blocked Profile -
I cannot connect to the internet. Restarted and the bars on the bottom tool bar flash and then I get the red X.

Dear Nancy,

Please check out if there hasn't been any cable unplugged.

Then check the configuration settings. If the problem is not

solved, please contact the Internet Provider to see if the

problem is coming from them.
