My Nec laptop

Hello,
expert, i have a Nec lavie Laptop LL760/A. It all started when it refuses to power up when shut down. But now it refuses to boot but the green light indicates when the the power button is pressed, hard disk spins. When i took it out for repair, i was told that one of the IC chip is bad. Could the ic be seen? Or the mother board? Is there any hope at all?

hi there,

the ic can be seen on the motherboard

and to see the motherboard you need to open the

laptop and if any mistake made during the opening

it will lead to other damages including motherboard replacement

if the person is qualified for this job let him do it
